Even though we have moved fairly often, moving from one state to the next with only one person to take care of everything is very difficult. Maggie went on countless weekend trips looking at houses and even suggested the neighborhood where we eventually purchased our home. After the purchase decision was made, Maggie and Jeremiah were always there to jump in the middle to meet a contractor, help with inspections, or whatever else was necessary. They really made the experience much easier, even for an experienced moving family.

Our experience with Jeremiah was nothing short of amazing during a time when we needed the most assistance.  We were moving from NJ to NC and in the process of buying one house in NC, selling another house back in NJ.  We started with a weekend visit to NC on a couple weeks planning with Jeremiah.   He dedicated his weekend to assisting us knowing we were in town for a very short time.  We toured over 14 houses and went back to see the final 3 for a second time the next day.  By the way, we added house visits “off the cuff” and Jeremiah didn’t hesitate.  It seemed that whatever we wanted, he accommodated.  Once our decision was made, he went through every step with us as if he were buying the home for his family.  Being out of state didn’t make the process any more difficult as we had constant communication and you can electronically sign any document these days.  He connected us with all the right resources and we went from offer to close in about 40 days.

What impressed me even more was that since I was out of town, Jeremiah attended the home inspection and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions, return my calls or provide me with any other favors I may have asked of him.  It wasn’t easy running back and forth 450 miles several times to get deals done but Jeremiah worked with us the entire time.  He went into this  being open, helpful and attentive.  He carried this professionalism through the entire process.

To top all of this off, we listed our house in NJ and 4 days later were signing contracts on that house.  We closed on our NC house at the end of September and drove immediately home to close on the NJ house the very next day.
